Cloud 9 hits the Top 5—and it lands two spots above the heavily-promoted Family Guy Stewie: The Untold Story!Cloud 9, written and produced by Brett Hudson & Burt Kearns of Frozen Pictures and Academy Award winner Albert S. Ruddy, is making quite an impact despite low-key promotion and the shadow of big-bucks competition like Wedding Crashers and 40 Year-Old Virgin.
Retail outlets and online sellers like Amazon.com are playing catch-up, as they were blindsided by the demand for the hilarious ensemble sports comedy starring Burt Reynolds, DL Hughley, Paul Rodriguez, Angie Everhart and Gabrielle Reece. The Fox Home Entertainment DVD is selling and renting as fast as they get them in. So if you can’t find a copy of Cloud 9 at your local store, ask for it!
